Service Description

This private 1 hour session allows you to choose a time that suits you. This can be a private session just for you or for a group of friends or colleagues. As well as teaching hatha yoga and vinyasa flow, I specialise in prenatal yoga and restorative yoga. Private yoga sessions can be a great way of starting a yoga practice and also allow you to enjoy a modified practice to suit whatever life is bringing you now. This can take place in your home or garden or mine or online.

Cancellation Policy

A 4 hour cancellation policy applies. This means you can log in and cancel or reschedule your booking up to 4 hours before the class start time.
