About Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is the gift you give yourself and others at the same time. Rest and let the profound effects of relaxation spread to everyone you meet. Only when we are rested can we be patient, tolerant, compassionate.

Restorative Yoga is the use of props to support the body in positions of comfort and ease to facilitate health and relaxation. These classes generally run one Sunday and one Friday each month. They are 75 minute sessions, designed to leave you deeply relaxed through passive stretching, stillness and quiet. Suitable for everyone, no matter what your stage of life or circumstances.​
