Restorative Yoga
We are all exhausted! Restorative Yoga is the gift you give yourself and others at the same time. Only when we are rested can we be patient, tolerant, compassionate. We see it in our children. "Oh, he's tired. That's why he's cranky." We are the very same. Start with yourself. Rest and let the profound effects of relaxation spread to everyone you meet.

Put simply, Restorative Yoga is the use of props to support the body in positions of comfort and ease to facilitate health and relaxation. These classes run several times a month. They are 75 minute sessions, designed to leave you deeply relaxed through passive stretching, stillness and quiet. Suitable for everyone, no matter what your stage of life or circumstances.
