40 Minute Core Flow

In this practice we focus on core strength as a basis for connecting the whole body. We move through a series of twists - supine, standing and seated - and weave them together with a variety of connecting vinyasas.

 

This is followed by guided savasana with the option to linger for longer if time allows.
