On day 1, we explore our roots and connection to the earth element, and in particular we focus on the lower body.
Day 2, we move the focus towards the pelvic area and the element of water with a steady, lunar flow.
Day 3, we turn up the heat and focus on the core and the fire element.
Day 4, we bring more focus to the breath and create space around the heart with backbends.
Day 5, we focus on the space element and the upper body - the shoulders, throat, neck and head.
