Flow and Rest - 2 Hour Special
Good Friday - 2 hour Hatha Flow and Restorative Yoga practice
Service Description
Note: This session can also be booked as two separate sessions. You can choose to attend the first hour (Flow) or the second (Rest). This special 2 hour practice takes place at 11.30am on Good Friday, April 18th. Enjoy both the movement and stress release of Hatha Flow and the deep relaxation of Restorative Yoga. The session begins with 1 hour of Hatha Flow, similar to Caragh's regular Hatha Flow classes. The second half of the session provides quiet space to settle the nervous system and deeply rest. We will practice just a couple of Restorative Yoga postures before winding right down with a long, supported Savasana. The session takes place in the main hall at St. Paul's Parish Centre at 11.30 on Good Friday, April 18th. Please book in advance to secure your spot as numbers are limited. Please bring your own mat. For the second half of the practice, you will also need 3 or 4 big blankets, a cushion (or two), a couple of hand towels and something to cover your eyes. If you aren't able to bring some of these things, let Caragh know and she'll help you out. Blocks, bolsters and yoga straps are provided.
