60 minute yoga practice
Service Description
This practice is for those looking for a nice rounded yoga practice which includes movement, stretching, strengthening, breath awareness and guided relaxation. The class take places in The Schoolhouse, Monkstown, a beautifully refurbished building, located on the grounds of the Church of Ireland church. Please book in advance to secure your spot as numbers are limited. Please bring your own mat. If possible, you could also bring a cosy blanket, a cushion and a couple of yoga blocks.

Cancellation Policy
A 20 hour cancellation policy applies. This means you can log in and cancel or reschedule your booking up to 20 hours before the class start time. After that if you need to cancel, please get in touch directly by text (087-9877552) and if your place can be filled by someone else, you will receive a refund.
