Rest

Good Friday - 60 minutes of Restorative Yoga

22 euros
St. Paul's

Service Description

This session is the second part of a special one-off 2 hour practice called Flow and Rest with takes place on Good Friday, April 18th. Here you can book for just the Rest part of the practice which starts at 12.30pm. You can, if you prefer, book in for the whole practice or just the first hour (11.30am). This is the quieter, more meditative second hour of practice. In this 60 minute session, similar to Caragh's Restorative Yoga classes, we will settle into just a few Restorative Yoga postures and finally a long, supported savasana. Designed to down-regulate the nervous system and give you simple, much-needed rest, this can be a practice on its own or it can follow directly on from the more energetic first hour of the whole session. If what you need is just to rest and deeply relax, this hour is for you. Please note, for this session, as well as a yoga mat, you will need to bring 3-4 blankets, a cushion or two, a couple of hand-towels and something to cover your eyes. If you can't bring all of that, let Caragh know and she'll help you out.
