Here’s What They’re Saying
As I head into my 2nd year of Rise & Shine this week I have been remembering how creaky and wobbly I was at the start and feel that the last year has helped me to 'go inside' as you encourage us to do. My breathing during the classes has been transformed too.

I have attended Caragh's yoga classes over many years and I always return to them. She gives great instructions and really ensures every student is managing. Her meditations at the end are amazing. She always brings a bit of humour to the class too!

I wasn't sure about daily yoga at the start - I like my sleep - but it's so good! I'm sure we must look like the oddest bunch some days and some people are so happy! I'm lucky to be upright at that time, talking isn't always possible.
I am really surprised by how much I enjoy it though - I am so much stronger and it makes such a difference to my day. On top of that I'm delighted with myself for keeping up yoga through the year and am so grateful that I had started before 2020 came and threw all that it had at us!

I'm a new recruit to regular yoga practice and started Caragh's weekday Rise and Shine classes at the start of lockdown in March 2020. Caragh's classes have a lovely calm energy and her Rise and Shine practice provides a much-needed anchor to the day. Caragh finishes each class with a glorious savasana which starts the day in the spirit of mindfulness.
Caragh's teaching style is warm and generous, she guides the ~30 minute practice with creativity and expertise - each class is varied, focusing on different aspects of flexibility and meditation. She caters for all levels in the one class, offering options for any preferences, tweaks or injuries. These classes have been a welcome haven during the last year and Caragh has created her own tribe of yogis - thank you Caragh!
